Its one-section design features a stainless steel front and sides with a stainless steel interior for durability and easy cleanup. Two stainless steel half doors on the front and two glass half doors on the rear support efficient two-sided access and product visibility. Locks and cam-lift hinges deliver secure, smooth door operation, while a digital temperature control simplifies monitoring. The unit includes one interior kit and moves on 5" castors for flexible placement. Powered by a 1500W system with a NEMA 6-15P plug, it operates on 208-230v/60/1. cULus and UL EPH Classified and made in the USA, the STR1HPT-2HS-2HG aligns with the needs of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers who value performance, workflow, and presentation.
