Product Description
The True Mfg. STR2H-2G is a SPEC SERIES reach-in heated cabinet built for dependable hot holding and streamlined workflow in two sections. Two glass doors with locks and cam-lift hinges offer clear visibility and secure, reliable access. A stainless steel front and sides paired with a stainless steel interior support frequent cleaning and daily use. Digital temperature control maintains consistent holding conditions across service and prep. Two interior kits help organize product and accommodate changing menus. The cabinet moves on 5" castors for positioning and cleaning access. Powered by a 3000W, 208–240/60/1 connection that requires hard wiring, the STR2H-2G integrates cleanly with facility power. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified and made in the USA.
