The True STR2H-2S is a SPEC SERIES® reach-in heated cabinet built to support efficient holding in demanding commercial environments. Its two-section configuration features a stainless steel front, sides, and interior for durability and easy cleaning. Two stainless steel doors with locks and cam-lift hinges offer secure access and smooth, reliable operation during busy service. A digital temperature control helps maintain consistent holding conditions, while 5" castors allow quick repositioning for cleaning or layout changes. The unit includes (2) interior kits to promote organized storage and faster pulls during peak periods. Operating at 3000W on 208-240/60/1, this model requires hard wiring to meet electrical specifications. The STR2H-2S carries cULus and UL EPH Classified approvals and is Made in USA, giving chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers a specification-focused solution for dependable heated holding.
