Product Description
Designed for efficient back-of-house to front-of-house flow, the True Mfg. STR2HPT-2G-2S SPEC SERIES® pass-thru heated cabinet is a two-section unit with two glass doors on the front and two stainless steel doors on the rear. The pass-thru format enables loading from the kitchen side and retrieval from the service side. Stainless steel front, sides, and interior deliver a cohesive build, while cam-lift hinges and locks add dependable operation. Digital temperature control manages holding conditions, and two interior kits are included. The cabinet is mounted on 5" castors and draws 3000W at 208-240/60/1; hard wiring is required. This model is cULus and UL EPH Classified and MADE IN USA.
