Product Description
Optimize hot holding with the True Mfg. STR2HRI-2S, a SPEC SERIES roll-in, two-section heated cabinet. Two stainless steel doors with locks and cam-lift hinges provide secure, smooth access during service. A color-coded temperature display and interior lighting make checks straightforward. The cabinet includes stainless steel front and sides, a stainless steel interior, and a stainless steel ramp for rolling in carts. It accommodates 27"W x 29"D x 66"H carts (not included) to keep pans organized from prep to line. This model is hard wired for 115/208-240v, 60 Hz, single phase, and uses 4.0 kW. The STR2HRI-2S is cULus and UL EPH Classified and made in the USA.
