The True Mfg. TPP-AT2-93D-2-HC is a pizza prep solution engineered for consistent cold holding and organized mise en place. A 33–41°F pan rail with a stainless steel cover keeps ingredients at serving temperature, while the 19-1/2"D cutting board provides a dedicated prep surface. This unit combines (2) full doors and (2) drawers to handle both bulk storage and quick-access ingredients; the drawers accommodate (2) 12" x 20" x 8"D pans (not included). Inside, (4) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor support flexible storage and easy cleanup. The package includes (12) 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for the top. Front-breathing refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/4 HP system delivers reliable performance on a 115v/60/1-ph connection. Built with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, this unit is UL EPH Classified, cULus, CE, and Made in USA.
