Optimize your pizza line with the True Mfg. TPP-AT2-93D-4-HC. The pan rail maintains 33 - 41°F beneath a stainless steel cover, while a 19-1/2" deep cutting board provides generous make space. The top includes (12) 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans, and the base combines (1) door with (2) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves plus (4) drawers that accommodate (2) 12" x 20" x 8"D pans (not included). Durable stainless steel front, top, and sides pair with an aluminum interior and stainless steel floor. Front breathing refrigeration uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 3/4 HP system for dependable performance on 115v/60/1, drawing 7.1 amps via a NEMA 5-15P. This unit is UL EPH Classified, cULus, CE, and Made in USA.
