The True Mfg. TPP-AT2-93D-6-HC supports efficient pizza prep with a 33–41°F pan rail beneath a stainless steel cover and a 19-1/2"D cutting board. Six drawers provide organized storage and accommodate (2) 12" x 20" x 8"D pans (not included). The top includes (12) 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for ready access to ingredients. Construction features a stainless steel front, top, and sides, plus an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. A front-breathing, R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration system powered by a 3/4 HP motor operates on 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 7.1 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This model is UL EPH Classified, cULus, CE, and Made in USA.
