Boost workflow with the True Mfg. TRCB-48-HC refrigerated chef base. The 48-3/8 inch, one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with V edge provides a durable surface above two refrigerated drawers. Each drawer holds (2) 12" x 20" x 4" pans (pans not included), keeping essentials organized and accessible. A stainless steel front and sides with an aluminum back, plus an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor, stand up to daily use. Refrigeration utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/4 HP system. Four-inch castors support mobility for cleaning and layout adjustments. This unit runs on 115v/60/1 at 2.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and is Made in USA.
