Built for demanding commercial kitchens, the True Mfg. TRCB-52-60-HC~SPEC3 refrigerated chef base streamlines cold storage at the cookline. The 51-7/8" wide base includes SPEC Package 3, featuring a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with V edge and a fully stainless steel front, sides, back, and interior. Two locking drawers accommodate three 12" x 20" x 4" pans (not included), keeping ingredients organized and within reach. A 1/4 HP system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant delivers dependable refrigeration, while 4" castors make placement and cleaning simple. Electrical is straightforward: 115v/60/1-ph, 2.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. With cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE compliance, plus Made in USA construction, this unit supports efficient workflow, consistent performance, and clean presentation across busy service periods.
