The True Mfg. TRCB-52-HC refrigerated chef base helps streamline the line by keeping chilled ingredients within reach while supporting equipment on a durable, one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with V edge. At 51-7/8 inches wide, it features two drawers that accommodate three 12" x 20" x 4" pans (not included), making it easy to organize mise en place for fast service. The stainless steel front and sides pair with an aluminum back, while the aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor is built for frequent loading and quick wipe-downs. Four-inch castors add mobility for cleaning and layout changes. A 1/4 HP refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and runs on 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 2.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, CE listed, and made in the USA, delivering a reliable, workflow-focused solution for busy commercial kitchens.
