Built to SPEC Package 3 standards, this 51-7/8" W base features a one-piece 300 series, 18-gauge stainless steel top with a V edge that supports heavy equipment while resisting wear in high-volume kitchens. Two lockable drawers keep ingredients secure and organized, accommodating three 12" x 20" x 4" pans (pans not included). A fully stainless steel front, sides, back, and interior deliver durability and easy sanitation for chefs, operators, and facility managers. The R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration system with 1/4 HP performance maintains reliable holding temperatures with lower environmental impact. Four-inch castors provide smooth mobility for cleaning and layout adjustments. Powered by a 115v/60/1 supply drawing just 2.4 amps and fitted with a NEMA 5-15P, this unit integrates seamlessly into most commercial kitchens. cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE listed.
