The True Mfg. TRCB-72-HC is a refrigerated chef base with a 72-3/8 inch wide base and a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with V edge. It has four drawers and accommodates two 12 inch x 20 inch x 4 inch pans (NOT included). The exterior features stainless steel front and sides with an aluminum back. The interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor. The unit rides on 4 inch castors. Refrigeration is R290 hydrocarbon with a 1/3 HP system. Electrical specifications are 115v/60/1-ph, 4.4 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certifications include cULus and UL EPH Classified, with CE marking. Made in USA.
