The True Mfg. TRCB-79-HC~SPEC3 refrigerated chef base optimizes cookline workflow with a 79-1/4 inch wide base and SPEC Package 3 construction. Its one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with V edge provides a durable, cleanable work surface, while four locking drawers organize product and accommodate (2) 12" x 20" x 4" pans (not included). A stainless steel front, sides, back, and interior support consistent sanitation and professional presentation. Built on 4" castors, the unit moves easily for layout changes or cleaning. R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system deliver dependable cold storage using 115v/60/1-ph power at 4.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This model is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE listed, and is Made in USA.
