Optimize your cookline with the True Mfg. TRCB-82-86-HC refrigerated chef base. The 82-3/8" wide base supports equipment on an 86-1/4" one-piece 300 series, 18-gauge stainless steel top with V edge. Four drawers stage ingredients within reach: the left accommodates three 12" x 20" x 4" pans and the right accommodates two (pans not included). Durable construction includes stainless steel front and sides, an aluminum back, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. Positioned on 4" castors for easy placement, this unit integrates R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration with 1/3 HP performance. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph at 4.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P connection. The TRCB-82-86-HC is cULus and UL EPH Classified, CE listed, and Made in USA.
