The True Mfg. TRCB-82-86-HC~SPEC3 refrigerated chef base is engineered to streamline cold storage at the line. Its SPEC Package 3 builds in a one-piece 300 series, 18-gauge stainless steel top with V edge for a clean, durable work surface. Four locking drawers keep ingredients organized: the left drawer accommodates three 12" x 20" x 4" pans and the right drawer accommodates two (pans not included). A stainless steel front, sides, back, and stainless interior deliver long-term performance in demanding kitchens, while 4" castors make positioning and cleaning simpler. The R290 hydrocarbon system with 1/3 HP operates on a standard 115v/60/1 power supply at 4.4 amps via a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE, and made in the USA, this 82-3/8"-wide base helps maintain an organized, efficient workflow for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
