Product Description
The True Mfg. TRCB-82-HC refrigerated chef base provides line-side cold storage with an 82-3/8" wide base and a four-drawer layout. Its one-piece 300 series, 18 gauge stainless steel top with V edge is complemented by stainless steel front/sides, an aluminum back, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. The left drawer accommodates three and the right drawer accommodates two 12" x 20" x 4" pans (not included), keeping ingredients organized for faster service. Mobility is built in with 4" castors. This unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP motor, operates on 115v/60/1-ph, and draws 4.4 amps via a NEMA 5-15P plug. It carries cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE listings and is Made in USA.
