Optimize your line with a refrigerated chef base that supports heavy use and organized prep. The True Mfg. TRCB-82-HC~SPEC3 features an 82-3/8-inch base topped by a one-piece 300 series, 18-gauge stainless steel surface with a V edge for durable equipment placement. Four locking drawers keep ingredients at arm’s reach: the left side accommodates three 12" x 20" x 4" pans and the right side holds two (pans not included). A stainless steel front, sides, back, and interior withstand demanding kitchen environments, while 4-inch castors facilitate cleaning and layout changes. The unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/3 HP. Standard 115v/60/1 power (4.4 amps) with a NEMA 5-15P plug streamlines setup. cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE listed, and made in the USA, this model supports efficient workflow and consistent performance on busy cooklines.
