Built for demanding kitchens, SPEC Package 3 construction features a 16-gauge stainless steel top, stainless steel sides and back, and a stainless steel interior for long-lasting, easy-to-clean performance. A heavy stainless steel, right-hinged door with a steel handle includes a standard lock to secure product between shifts. Inside, two gray PVC coated adjustable wire shelves organize ingredients for quick access on the line. The front-breathing R290 hydrocarbon system with a 1/6 HP compressor supports consistent refrigeration in tight stations, while four recessed castors simplify placement and cleaning.
