Electronic temperature control with a digital temperature display provides at-a-glance monitoring. Two PVC-coated, adjustable wire shelves let chefs and operators organize contents for fast access. An R290 hydrocarbon system with a 1/6 HP motor and ENERGY STAR certification supports efficient performance on a 115v/60/1 circuit drawing 2.0 amps via a NEMA 5-15P. cULus, UL EPH Classified, CE, and Made in USA.
