SPEC Package 3 includes a stainless steel top plus stainless steel sides, back, and interior to support frequent cleaning and a polished, professional presentation. Two heavy-duty drawers with steel handles provide organized access; each accommodates one 12" x 20" x 6" food pan (not included) to streamline station setup and portioning. An electronic temperature control with a digital temperature display enables precise set points and fast visual checks during service. The unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system.
