Designed for busy commercial kitchens, the True Mfg. TUC-27F-HC~SPEC3 is a SPEC SERIES® undercounter freezer built to hold -10°F. SPEC Package 3 equips it with a stainless steel top plus stainless steel sides, back, and interior for durability and easy cleaning. A heavy-duty stainless steel door with a steel handle and standard door lock helps secure contents, while (2) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves keep products organized and accessible. Electronic temperature control with a digital temperature display simplifies monitoring and adjustment. The system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/4 HP compressor, and the unit is ENERGY STAR® certified. This 115v/60/1-ph model draws 2.3 amps and connects with a NEMA 5-15P. cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE listings, plus Made in USA construction, make it a strong fit for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers who need dependable freezing under the counter.
