Constructed for high-volume environments, the exterior and interior are entirely stainless steel, topped with a heavy-duty 16-gauge stainless steel work surface. Inside, two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves provide flexible storage to match changing prep and service needs. The self-closing, lockable glass door features an all-metal handle and a magnetic one-piece gasket for a tight seal.
