Streamline cold storage at the line with the True Mfg. TUC-48F-HC~SPEC3, a SPEC SERIES® undercounter freezer built to hold -10°F. Its stainless steel top, sides, back, and interior support fast cleanup and a polished workspace for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. Electronic temperature control with a digital display keeps monitoring simple, while a 1/2 HP refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant delivers efficient, reliable performance recognized by ENERGY STAR®. Two heavy-duty stainless steel doors feature steel handles and a standard door lock to help secure inventory during peak service. Four PVC coated adjustable wire shelves provide flexible organization to match changing menus. Installation is straightforward with a NEMA 5-15P on a 115v/60/1-ph circuit drawing 3.2 amps. cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE listings support foodservice compliance, and it’s made in the USA.
