SPEC Package 3 equips your line with a stainless steel top and two Low‑E glass doors that keep contents visible for faster service. Steel handles and a standard door lock support secure, frequent access. Inside, a stainless steel interior partners with stainless steel sides and back for durability, while four PVC‑coated adjustable wire shelves let you configure storage to changing needs. An electronic temperature control with digital temperature display streamlines monitoring from the cookline to the pass. Refrigeration is powered by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP system, operating on 115v/60/1‑ph at 4.0 amps with a NEMA 5‑15P connection. cULus and UL EPH Classified and Made in USA, this model delivers organized, visible, and consistent cold storage right where you need it.
