The True TUC-93D-4-HC~SPEC3 deep undercounter refrigerator is built for high-volume prep lines that demand cold holding and organized storage. Operating at 33–38°F with side mounted self-contained refrigeration, it combines a locking stainless steel door section with drawer storage to streamline access to ingredients. SPEC Package 3 includes a stainless steel top, (2) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves, and (4) drawers that accommodate (2) 12" x 20" x 8" pans (not included). An electronic temperature control with a digital temperature display supports precise, at-a-glance monitoring. Stainless steel sides, back, and interior deliver durable, easy-to-clean performance in busy commercial kitchens. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP system, it runs on a 115v/60/1 circuit drawing 4.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This model is cULus and UL EPH Classified and made in the USA to meet rigorous professional standards.
