True’s TUC-93D-6-HC~SPEC3 deep undercounter refrigerator streamlines cold storage at the line. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration maintains 33 - 38°F while preserving full workspace above. Six drawers with steel handles organize ingredients; each drawer accommodates two 12" x 20" x 8" pans (not included) for efficient mise en place. Electronic temperature control with a digital temperature display enables quick monitoring and adjustment. A stainless steel top, sides, back, and interior deliver durable, easy-to-clean surfaces suited to busy kitchens. The unit uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system, operating on 115v/60/1, 4.5 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P. cULus and UL EPH Classified and made in USA, it helps chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers standardize performance, protect product quality, and improve workflow at prep, cook, or plating stations.
