The True Mfg. TWT-27-HC~SPEC3 is a SPEC SERIES worktop refrigerator designed to support efficient prep and organized cold storage at the line. A stainless steel top with rear splash creates a durable, easy-to-clean worksurface, while the one-section cabinet keeps ingredients within reach. Rear mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/6 HP system, managed by an electronic temperature control with a digital temperature display for quick verification at a glance. The heavy-duty stainless steel door features a steel handle and a standard lock to secure contents. Inside, two PVC coated adjustable wire shelves and a full stainless steel interior offer flexible, hygienic organization. Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and back, this unit connects via a NEMA 5-15P plug and operates on 115v/60/1-ph drawing 2.0 amps. Certified cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE, and made in the USA, it’s a reliable choice for busy professional kitchens.
