Its rear mounted self-contained refrigeration and stainless steel top with rear splash create a continuous workspace while keeping ingredients at the ready. Two heavy-duty stainless steel doors with steel handles and a standard door lock protect product during service and after hours. Inside, four PVC coated adjustable wire shelves and a full stainless steel interior support flexible organization. Electronic temperature control with a digital temperature display offers precise monitoring. The unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP system powered by a 115v/60/1-ph, 3.0-amp circuit with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Finished in stainless steel on the front, sides, and back and built in the USA, this refrigerator is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and CE listed to meet professional standards.
