The True TWT-60D-4-HC~SPEC3 is a two-section SPEC SERIES work top refrigerator designed to streamline prep and plating in commercial kitchens. SPEC Package 3 equips this unit with a stainless steel top and rear splash, plus four drawers with steel handles; each drawer accommodates one 12" x 20" x 6" pan (not included) to keep ingredients organized at the workstation. A stainless steel front, sides, back, and stainless steel interior deliver a durable, easy-to-clean surface throughout. Performance is managed by rear mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, with electronic temperature control and a digital temperature display for precise oversight.
