Its two-section layout and 16-ga. stainless steel top with rear splash streamline workflow at the line, while a stainless steel interior and stainless steel front, sides, and back stand up to daily cleaning. Heavy-duty stainless steel doors with steel handles and a standard door lock secure product, and four PVC coated adjustable wire shelves adapt to changing menus. Electronic temperature control with a digital temperature display simplifies monitoring, and the side mount front breather supports placement against walls or in tight cooklines.
