The True TFP-64-24M-FGLID 2-door refrigerated food prep table with glass lid centralizes sandwich and salad ingredients for faster preparation in high-volume restaurants. Its 64.12-inch-wide, 8.5-inch-deep removable cutting board is constructed of white polyethylene for durability and sanitation. An exclusive forced-air refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant maintains a consistent 33°F–41°F holding range to keep product ready to serve. The heavy-duty glass lid helps keep food fresh and visible to staff and customers, streamlining workflow and presentation. A stainless steel exterior with an NSF approved clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor stands up to daily use, while two swing doors and four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves organize backup ingredients.
