The True TH-23 reach-in heated holding cabinet keeps prepared items at serving temperature with consistent, even heat. A forced-air heat distribution system and a stainless steel tube heating element maintain a stable 80°F to 180°F range, helping you stage batches without hot or cool spots. The solid stainless steel, left-hinged door with lock preserves heat and secures contents, while interior lighting improves visibility during busy service. Three heavy-duty, chrome-plated adjustable shelves let chefs and operators configure pans and trays for changing menus. A simple temperature control dial streamlines adjustments, and 4-inch casters make it easy to reposition the cabinet for cleaning or line changes. Built with a stainless steel front, aluminum sides, and a stainless steel interior, the TH-23 is designed for daily workflow in commercial kitchens. Powered by 115/60/1 electricity at 7.8 amps (850 watts) with a NEMA 5-15P, it integrates into standard outlets for efficient holding on the cookline, in prep areas, or near the pass.
