True’s TWT-48D-2-HC worktop refrigerator maximizes valuable kitchen space by combining reliable refrigeration with a durable prep surface. The midsized cabinet features a stainless steel front, top, and ends with a matching aluminum back. Its top and backsplash are formed from one continuous piece of stainless steel, preventing food particles from getting trapped. An oversized forced-air refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and holds temperatures between 33°F and 38°F for consistent product holding. Foamed-in-place, eco-friendly polyurethane insulation further improves efficiency. For everyday workflow, the unit includes two stainless steel drawers and one stainless steel self-closing door with standard locks, plus two PVC-coated wire shelves. Removable drawer slides, rollers, and gaskets make cleaning fast, while 5-inch stem casters simplify placement. Built for dependable performance, the TWT-48D-2-HC delivers cold storage and a clean work surface in one footprint.
