The True Mfg. T-19-HC is a one-section, approximately 19 cu. ft. reach-in refrigerator that holds 33°F to 38°F. A solid stainless steel hinged door with lock and self-closing function helps secure and preserve product. The bottom mount compressor with a self-contained R290 hydrocarbon system provides efficiency and accessibility. Storage is organized with three adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves and interior lighting. The cabinet features a stainless steel front, aluminum sides, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. Measuring 75.25 inches high (without casters), 27 inches wide, and 24.25 inches deep, this model fits tight back-of-house spaces. It includes 2-1/2 inch casters and operates on 115v/60/1 power (1/10 HP, 1.5 amps) via a NEMA 5-15P plug.
