The True T-23G-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator adds line-side refrigerated storage with clear product visibility. Its framed, self-closing Low-E double-pane glass door and bright LED interior lighting help staff locate items quickly, reducing door-open time and helping maintain 33°F to 38°F holding temperatures. The bottom-mount 1/4 HP refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, paired with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for efficient performance. Inside, approximately 23 cu. ft. of capacity is organized by three adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves. The interior is clear-coated aluminum with a stainless steel floor, while a stainless steel front and aluminum sides deliver a clean, professional presentation on the cook or prep line. This one-section, glass-door unit operates on 115v/60/1 power (2.2 amps) with a NEMA 5-15P connection.
