Product Description
The True Mfg. T-35F-HC is a two-section, bottom mount reach-in freezer that holds items at -10°F to keep them cold without risking freezer-burnt ingredients and food loss. Improved airflow helps keep contents evenly chilled, and a large evaporator provides a short, automatic defrost cycle. Durable construction includes stainless steel doors and front with aluminum sides, plus an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. Six adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves and bright interior lighting make ingredients easy to find. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation locks in cold, and self-closing doors with recessed handles support fast workflow. The self-contained 1 HP refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. With approximately 35 cu. ft. of capacity, 4" castors, and Made in USA quality, the T-35F-HC delivers consistent performance for busy kitchens.
