The True T-49DT-4-HC reach-in refrigerator/freezer puts dual temp storage in a single, space-saving cabinet to streamline busy kitchens. Four stainless steel half doors with positive-seal, self-closing hinges provide quick, sectioned access while helping maintain temperatures. Inside, an NSF approved aluminum liner with high density polyurethane insulation is framed by stainless steel for corrosion resistance and dependable cold holding. A self-contained, capillary tube refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant with zero ozone depletion. Six adjustable, heavy-duty PVC coated shelves and additional storage on top of the cabinet optimize organization and capacity. The stainless steel front and aluminum sides offer a clean, professional look, while interior lighting enhances product visibility.
