The True T-72FG-HC~FGD01 is a three-section, bottom mount reach-in freezer built to showcase product while holding -10°F. Three triple-pane thermal insulated glass swing doors with locks and LED interior lighting deliver clear visibility, helping chefs and operators quickly locate items. With 72 cu. ft. of capacity and nine adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves, you can tailor storage to changing menus or pack-outs. A stainless steel front with aluminum sides stands up to daily use, while the clear-coated aluminum interior and stainless steel floor simplify cleanup. Performance features include eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, an automatic defrost system with a large evaporator and coil heater for a short defrost cycle, and an automatic evaporator fan.
