Low-E, double pane, thermal insulated glass doors paired with bright white LED lighting showcase products so bartenders and staff can identify and restock quickly. A self-contained, capillary tube refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains a consistent 33°F to 38°F cabinet temperature. True’s RCU technology reverses the condenser fan motor to help keep the condenser coil clean and mitigate the negative effects of buildup. Built for demanding environments, it features a stainless steel top capable of holding equipment without warping, a black powder coated cold rolled steel exterior, and a stainless steel interior. Nine adjustable, heavy-duty PVC coated shelves provide flexible organization. UL rated for outdoor use and NSF Standard 7 compliant for open food product, this unit supports patio bars and outdoor catering while elevating presentation and workflow behind the bar.
