The True TCGG-48-HC-LD curved glass refrigerated deli case elevates product presentation and daily workflow. Its gravity coil, high-humidity refrigeration with an extra-large evaporator and 1/3 HP compressor maintains 38–40°F, ideal for merchandising meats and cheeses. A time-initiated, time-terminated automatic defrost supports consistent performance. Staff can stock and serve quickly via two self-closing sliding rear doors, while two adjustable white PVC-coated wire shelves angle to maximize visibility. Three LED light sources (two shelf-mounted, one cabinet-mounted) illuminate products behind insulated double-pane tempered glass.
Built for busy operations, this case features a white powder-coated cold-rolled steel exterior, a white aluminum interior, and a stainless steel floor. A welded, powder-coated steel frame rail with leg levelers ensures stability on uneven floors, and the rear slide-out condensing unit simplifies cleaning and maintenance. Certified NSF-7 for open food product and listed UL/cULus with EPH classification, this unit is made in the USA.
