The True TCGG-60-HC-LD 60-inch curved glass refrigerated deli case is engineered for high-volume merchandising and steady temperature control. A curved glass front and insulated double-pane tempered glass enhance presentation while helping maintain cold air. Two self-closing rear sliding doors streamline stocking and service, and a welded steel frame rail with leg levelers adds stability. An extra-large evaporator coil paired with a higher horsepower compressor reliably holds 38°F - 40°F, ideal for deli meats, cheeses, and salads. High-humidity, gravity-coil refrigeration, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and a time-initiated, time-terminated automatic defrost system support consistent performance and simple upkeep. Inside, four adjustable white PVC-coated shelves maximize display flexibility. Five LED lights—four shelf-mounted and one cabinet-mounted—brightly showcase products. Easy-to-clean white aluminum interior sides and a stainless steel floor promote efficient workflow and a clean, professional look.
