The True Mfg. TFP-48-18M-D-4 48-inch, 4-drawer refrigerated sandwich prep table pairs durable stainless steel construction with efficient, exclusive forced-air refrigeration for dependable line performance. An insulated lid and hood help retain freshness and minimize condensation, while the removable cutting board streamlines assembly. The top holds up to 18 sixth-size pans for fast ingredient access, and each drawer accommodates one 12" x 20" x 6" pan, three 1/9-size pans, or six 1/6-size pans to support diverse menus. A low-velocity, high-volume evaporator fan design maintains holding temperatures between 33°F and 41°F using energy-saving R134A and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The clear-coated aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor cleans easily, and rear-mounted refrigeration on 2-1/2" casters simplifies service and mobility. This two-section, self-contained unit supports efficient workflows for chefs, operators, and facility managers.
