The top accommodates 30 1/6-size pans beneath a stainless steel insulated cover, while the removable cutting board supports fast, precise assembly. An exclusive forced-air, rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system using 134A refrigerant holds 33°F to 41°F for food-safe ingredients. Built for heavy use, it features a stainless steel front, top, and sides with an aluminum back; inside, a clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor are easy to clean. Eco-friendly foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, compact 2-1/2" casters, and a space-saving design simplify installation, maintenance, and daily service in busy kitchens.
