The three-section, self-contained design accommodates (30) 1/6-size pans on top beneath a stainless steel insulated cover, while six drawers keep reserve ingredients at the ready—each sized for a 12" x 20" x 6" pan (not included). An exclusive forced-air refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R-134A holds 33°F to 41°F. Built for durability, it features a stainless steel front, top, and sides with an aluminum back, plus an attractive aluminum interior and stainless steel floor. A removable cutting board streamlines prep, and eco-friendly foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation supports consistent temperatures. Rear-mounted refrigeration simplifies installation and service, and 2-1/2" casters provide mobility.
