The True TGM-DZ-48-SC/SC dual zone bakery display case combines high-volume merchandising with a refined curved-glass presentation. A single-pane, curved tempered glass front and two rear sliding glass doors streamline restocking while keeping cookies, cakes, breads, and deli items in clear view. One half of the cabinet is dry for ambient bakery goods, while the refrigerated section uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in a high-capacity, factory-balanced system for dependable temperature performance. Bright LED interior lighting delivers even illumination across the cabinet to maximize product visibility. Six adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated shelves provide flexible merchandising, and the epoxy-coated evaporator helps resist corrosion for lasting reliability. The interior features powder coated FDA white over CRS material for a clean, durable surface, and the cabinet meets NSF Standard 7 for holding open food product. Built for front-of-house presentation and efficient back-of-house workflow, this case elevates display quality while helping teams serve faster during peak periods.
