The True TMC-49-HC is a 49-inch, single sided, flip top milk cooler engineered to keep product at safe serving temperatures while maximizing back-of-house and serving line efficiency. Its self-contained refrigeration system maintains 33°F to 38°F using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. A durable, non-peel or chip white laminated vinyl exterior stands up to daily traffic, while the clear-coated aluminum liner and reinforced stainless steel floor support heavy crate loads. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation enhances temperature consistency and helps conserve energy. With capacity for twelve 13"L x 13"D x 11-1/8"H milk crates, operators can cut down on restocking during peak periods—ideal for restaurants, buffets, and cafeterias seeking reliable, ready-to-serve milk service.
