The True Mfg. TMC-49-DS-HC is a dual sided, flip top milk cooler built to streamline high-volume beverage service. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold product between 33°F and 38°F, keeping milk at ideal serving temperatures. The cabinet accommodates twelve 13"L x 13"D x 11-1/8"H milk crates, minimizing restocking and freeing space in your main refrigerator. Durable construction includes a non-peel or chip white laminated vinyl front, sides, back, and top, plus a clear-coated aluminum liner and a reinforced stainless steel floor. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps conserve energy and supports consistent performance. Measuring 41.6"H x 49"W x 33"D, this 49-inch unit fits into serving lines with ease, while dual sided access promotes an efficient workflow for restaurants, buffets, and cafeterias.
