The True Mfg. TMC-49-SS-HC is a 49-inch, single-sided, flip-top milk cooler engineered for efficient beverage service in busy restaurants, buffets, and cafeterias. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold product between 33°F and 38°F, ensuring consistent temperatures during service. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation supports energy conservation, while the stainless steel exterior and stainless interior walls with a reinforced floor deliver long-lasting performance under daily loading. This cabinet accommodates twelve 13" L x 13" D x 11-1/8" H milk crates to reduce restocking frequency and streamline workflow. Operating on 115V/1 phase electric, the TMC-49-SS-HC provides reliable performance in a footprint sized for front- or back-of-house placement at 49" W x 33" D with a 41.6" height.
