The 33-41°F pan rail maintains safe holding temperatures, shielded by a stainless steel cover when not in use. A spacious 19.5"D cutting board supports fast, consistent assembly. The cabinet combines (1) door and (6) drawers to organize bulk and line-ready ingredients, with (2) adjustable wire shelves for flexible storage. The top includes (15) 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans, and the base accommodates (2) 12"x20"x8"D pans (NOT included). Durable stainless steel front, top & sides pair with an aluminum interior and stainless steel floor for easy cleaning. Front breathing refrigeration and 5" castors simplify placement and mobility. Powered by a 1/2 HP system on 115v/60/1 at 10.8 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, this MADE IN USA unit is UL EPH Classified, cULus, and CE listed to support professional kitchens.
